I downloaded eclipse installer and downloaded the kura framework. but after finishing installing the eclipse updater failed to retrieve the required files from GitHub. does anyone has a solution.

The issue due to the github page being not available. I have tried to clone the github repository using terminal and every time it says the host isn’t found. So, what I advice you is to use the eclipse for committers installer (found here) to install kura
@Huseny please can you provide the full process of setting up eclipse kura.
and also is it must for my OS to be linux based
